Step Into Shalom

You will keep him in perfect peace,
Whose mind is stayed on You,
Because he trusts in You.

Isaiah 26:3

The other night during preservice prayer time, the Lord gave me this word:

Jesus sees you in your deepest point of need even if no one else does.

Jesus isn’t looking past you or over you.

He sees you in your darkest moments, in your moments of hopelessness, in your times of doubt and disappointment.

He is not disappointed in you.

He says to you

Come, step into Shalom.

Shalom means peace but so much more, it encompasses complete physical, emotional, financial and spiritual well-being. Shalom also includes restored relationships with people and with God. Nothing is missing or broken, nothing lacking.

I don’t know specifically who this was for, perhaps for all of us!
